All ESTON test equipments warranty period is 1 year, the spare parts of equipments assure to be gotin 20 years.

Aftersales services are followings:

1)      Send the fault solution to customers.

If the fault is easy to solve by customer, we will send the fault solution to them for help solving faults.

2) Send the spare parts to customers.

If the customers need the necessory spare parts to repair the faults, we will express the spareparts to customers.

During the warranty period of equipments, the spare parts are free to customers. But if the faults is made by abnormal causes, the spare parts are not free during warranty period.

3) We appoint engineers and necessory assistant people to solve faults in customers' using place.
